Hi everyone!

We're almost done with our new recyced Java only luxury condo with full 8 x 12 run. Woo Hoo! Cutest chicken house ever, even used recyced windowns and drawers for pull out hen nests! I'll send pics.

Also, Lucky and Baby Girl (recovery from dog attack 2 weeks ago) are happy to be outside on this warm humid late fall day. It seems to be cheering them up.

I can't find a goat hay feeder anywhere, so I have to make one. AND, they sell good used skids at our feed store for $3 ea. Really nice ones, so I'm going to use them for the barn and goat fence. Easy, strudy, and helps disguise my city goats from prying eyes. LOL

A good feeder also is one of those mesh horse feeders that you hang up and they pull hay from it, made from mesh or string.

I REALLY want a wood hay feeder though XD, their easier to fill

OH! And if I sell Starbuck, I get a vientamese pig!! Daddy said so himself! Can't be a house pig but..... I still would love one XD

Sorry I missed you! Went to the doc'. My mom's friend husband's is a nurse, and when she mentioned I had been sick for so long she said it could be a BUNCH of things (Basset Hospital is crappy XD) So we went there.. They checked me for the flu, diabetes (I had been dehydrated a LOT) and strep. I was negative for flu and diabetes (WOOT) but have strep DX. If I didn't have any they would've seen if I had Mono. WTC?? I was like WHAT? when my mom mentioned that.. I know its not the kissing disease but either way.... DX
OH and right now I feel like crap. Have a headache, sometimes a fever, and my throat freakin' hurts, so drinking hurts, BUT I'M FREAKING DEHYDRATED!!! I HATE STREP, I HATE IT I HATE IT!!

I understand! Poor Cochin. Boil your toothbrush (or dip it into alcohol and rinse 60 sec. later) to kill strep on surfaces. Clean your doorknows, and other things. Wash and heat dry your sheets after 24 hours on antibiotic. (but still on it). You can reinfect yourself easily. (remember i have a pre-med degree with emphasis on biology.
