give 8 baby "hens" from a friend who ordered a mixed-group. can pick out the Americanas(s) but thats

My guesses....
1. Australorp
2. Speckled Sussex (but they do look very similar to Wellies as chicks)
3, Silver Laced Wyandotte
4. NO idea - White Rock? White Leghorn,
5. Buff Orpington
6. Easter Eggers

One of the chicks in the last pic has a single comb, looks like to me. And it appears to be a Speckled Sussex. Check the combs on them. Are they all spikey (single combs) or do any have the flattish pea type comb?

In any case, there are no Ameraucanas in the group; maybe an Easter Egger if one has a pea type comb, though EEs don't have a standard so on occasion will have a single or a combination pea/single looking comb.

The black one--can't see the comb on that one. What type does it have?

Here are my guesses...
1. barred Rock (maybe Dominique depending on comb)
2. speckled Sussex
3. silver spangled Hamburg
4. white Leghorn or Rock and ??? (looks like a Cornish cross but...)
5. buff Orpington
6. Welsummers, brown Leghorns, or any number of breeds

yea the number 4 chicks so far are the biggest out of the 8! their feet are HUGE!!!

heres another picture of the first chick. doesn't really seem to have a distinct comb but the "hooked" beak really stands out!
**and i ment Ameraucana which is the same thing as an EE
