Hello
I have a hen with gleet sp?? vent and i have been bathing her everyday in salt water, given her yogurt, probiotics and treated her vent with antiseptic and miconnazole. i cant seem to get rid of it. i think she got it from antibiotics taken for another problem. we are on day three. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Welcome to BYC. Can you consult with your local vet to get some antifungal medicine for her? Fluconazole (Diflucan) and Nystatin can be used to treat fungal infections, such as vent gleet. Vent gleet can also be from a bacterial infection. The plain yogurt and probiotics are good for getting her gut bacteria back to normal after antibiotics and intestinal infections. Your vet could also test her droppings for evidence of what is going on.
