Me and my friend Corrine have been working almost daily on some part of other of the coop. Here are some updated photos for you
Looking towards the back vegetable garden
Looking toward the house, we still have to cut a window in this side.
Corrine drilling new hole in the gate for a new decorative addition to the gate.
Me smoothing the cement for the post and threshold for the gate to the Chicken run.
This was not easy! I have never attempted to smooth concrete! See our gate post? It is straight! Probably the only thing that is straight/level/plumb in the whole thing so far!!
Tomorrow we work on the roof!! Friday we spent all day getting it to the 30 degree slope our husbands said the roof HAD to have. (They are both engineers.)
I never thought I would ever use a protrator once I was out of Geometry class!!
