Good points, or he could be bed-ridden and have to ride around in a wolf wheel-chair or cart or wheel-borrow or anything small/medium that has wheels and can be pushed)

"Would he be better off dead?" challenged Keith, "The chances of him dying with his legs are 90% the chances of him dying without are more like 10. He'll still have some of the joys of life without his legs, he'll have none if he dies with them on! You're right that he won't be able to return to the wild, but he can be taken care of, APSA (Animal Protection Society of Alaska, I think this animal rescue organization is worthy of a name, let me know if you have a better one, lol, I'm not sure this one's good enough) has the long-term care plans and resources for animals like him. You may not like it, but you'd rather be responsible for the loss of his legs than his death, wouldn't you?"

Blizzard let out a small whimper in his sleep, sensing nice girl was leaving. Then he fell completely asleep.

Keith was about to chase after Rose, but he was startled by the wolf's whimper, since he had been sure the wolf was completely knocked out, may want to give him another dose just to be sure before the procedure. (Should I continue with through the whole scene or cut it off (no pun intended) before the graphic part?)
