As Molpet and I discussed in a previous post... gluten probably isn't a problem in eggs unless the chickens are fed mostly gluten. For you folks with specific grain allergies and chickens at home; is it eating the eggs, or being out there with the offending feed, and the dust, in their environment that's actually an issue? There shouldn't be much, if any, gluten in the eggs, but there would be a fair amount in the coop, on the birds, and as dust in the environment.

My chickens eat some gluten, not lots, and my celiac child can eat the eggs and has zero problems.
My celiac child can touch gluten with zero issues.. . Haven't tested if he can snort it

Gluten CLEARLY comes through in milk. But commercial cows are fed a mix of stuff, not pure or mostly wheat, so he is fine with commercial cow milk.
When we had goats if the goats were eating mostly barley (so gluten), that was bad. The goats had to eat a mostly gluten free diet, a little gluten in their diet was OK.
