All because they are cheaper!. FedEX is the worst. I been sent to canada, India, Turkey. I mean WTH! Then they think your dumb when you tell them something is not working. We need a dedicated DSL phone jack. There is no such thing! We have no phone and the phone line hooks up to the modem. No phones since we turned off the house phone. I fixed the thing myself. It was a loose connector inside.

I know honey, they don't have good grasp on the english language to be able to tell what we really need. My biggest issue with that is the measly wages they pay those people. And they are HAPPY to get it! It is sad when someone lives on $300 a year.....

I had an ex co-worker who despite being broke most of the time and having half of her worldly possessions in the pawn shop in any given month, liked to play "keeping up with the Jones" featuring me and my SO as the Jones. After she came into a bit of money the first thing her and her SO did was to buy a big screened HDTV. She couldn't wait to come to work and tell me all about it and how we were gonna be without TV reception once they switch was made

P.S. Her and her SO were broke again less than 2 weeks later.

We won our HDTV in a raffle. I dont have the money for a TV right now. I mean you dont need it.
