Well, if something in the grain was causing an issue, then the b complex may help. It sounds like you are doing all you can. I hope she improves!

Two things that come to mind are founder and white muscle. White muscle is a selenium deficiency. Selenium deficiency can cause generalized muscle pain and a reluctance to move. I would give her a dose of BoSe. If she gets better in a few days you will know that is the problem. If she doesn't, then you will know it is something else.
