Now if someone can bring me some honeysuckle plants to plant with I sure would love it! We do have some wild honeysuckles but not worth going thru the poison ivy to dig them up!
Those are beautiful, Ruth. Purple is my favorite color. Your post reminded me of the time I found some beautiful purple flowers, and had to bring some inside. So I did...and found out I'm allergic to wisteria. LOL
My sweet, precious, darlins' have been picking me those "ftd hayfever bouquets" for a week now. They are so adorable when they come inside smiling from ear to ear with their little hands behind their backs. Life just doesn't get any better than that. Thanks for sharing your beautiful "weeds". Great arrangment, too.
noun 1. a valueless plant growing wild, esp. one that grows on cultivated ground to the exclusion or injury of the desired crop.
2. any undesirable or troublesome plant, esp. one that grows profusely where it is not wanted: The vacant lot was covered with weeds.
Any plant can be a weed depends if you want them there or not...
Like roses can be a weed, all depends on the individual...
I for one like alot of the so called weeds...I even grow alot of wild flowers...Thet handle the crazy summers we have...Without braeking the bank with the rual water bill...
