Going out to feed/maintain/..slip on shoe recommendations?

I use my non-slip Crocs back from my chef days. They slide right on and hose off real easy. I'll probably get more once these finally wear out, but after 5 years of absolute abuse they're still going strong!

Maybe an equipment or supplies thread or category would be good, if I’m not seeing it. Running outside constantly to play with, feed, clean, garden, etc..does anyone have any good slip on shoe recommendations? Especially the kind you don’t even have to bend over for? It’d be nice to have a dedicated “chickens” shoe that slips on and off quickly..
I bought some rubber boots that I just slide on before heading out. Easy o easy and I do t care if I step in chicken poop :)

I have a pair of slip ons, brand name is Sloggers. Got them at Tractor Supply. Perfect for exactly what you want. I actually have two pairs, one is more of a shoe, the other is a short boot. They are thick like rain boots, and hose off easily. I leave mine on a door mat on the porch so they don't go in the house, and are conveniently located for all my trips to the coop.

I have several I use rain boots, also garden clogs ( like rain boots cut into a clog shape) and a pair of crocs with no holes. If it’s rainy wet I rock the boots if I’m running out to throw watermelon at them quickly, the clogs or crocs whichever comes first! All are great for “coop work” and it helps prevent “crap tracking” because I don’t ever “want” to wear these shoes so I don’t forget I’m wearing them. ( crap tracking is when you realize you just walked from the run area and right into your house across the floor, up
The stairs and yup, that’s when you remember your wearing shoes and there is a huge nugget attached to Your sole!) I think TSC carries some clogs that would do the trick for non-wet days.
