going rate for processed meat and eggs

wondering if anyone minds letting us know what the going rate for processed meat and eggs in your areas are to such places as restraunts and markets

I don't know about restaurants, but I order chickens from Amish here every year. They buy them from chick days at the feed mill for 50 cents, raise them for 8 weeks, have them processed and I pay $7 per chicken. For me, that's worth it for the time and feed it takes to raise them. If I did it myself, they would charge $2 apiece to process.
You can't get more than $2 for a dozen eggs here.
