Candling, if done carefully, will not hurt them any further than shipping did.I don't think shipped eggs should be candled before day 5 after they are set. I feel the risk is too high of unsettling something.
Easy to test the hygrometers...then measure incubator and room humidity.I think the incubator might be too humid, there is a bit of condensation
I have two hygrometers, but I need to calibrate them both. The incubator is in the same room as two uncovered 40 gallon fish tanks.
I think you're better off running a dry hatch, honestly.
