Hi so as the title suggests our Golden Comet has been acting ill since this afternoon with no known cause atm our other chickens (All Golden Comets) don't appear sick themselves where the sick one has droopy wings blinking at a slow rate sitting in a shaded area (she moved out of there with some encouragement pecking at the ground a little bit too) we also gave her some food but she only ate a little bit before returning to the shade the poop i saw was dropping from her butt like sludge at a white/yellowy color

No Treatment has been administered as of writing this will go to provide more food and water please update this post if answer is available
Note (Earlier this morning she seemed completely fine)

Please post pictures of her vent area and the poop. What color is her comb? Is her stomach bloated? Does she have any respiratory problems? Have you noticed any lash eggs in the past week?

She may be dehydrated , so hold water with electrolytes up to her beak. Gatorade, Pedialyte are also good. If she seems hot or suffering from heat stroke, stand her in a pan of slightly cool, not cold, water. From the droppings it sounds like she may be suffering from a reproductive problem, or has maybe had an egg break inside. Have you seen any soft or abnormal egg shells lately?

another note there have also been fewer eggs from the chickens overall for the past two-ish days now (though we don't know who is laying the eggs currently as they all share the same nesting box and we don't see it when it happens)

Check her crop first thing in the morning before she eats or drinks to see if her crop has emptied. I would also clean up her vent area since flies in hot weather can lay eggs and cause maggot infestation and flystrike, a deadly condition.

Good suggestions. I'd work on hydration as well.

If she's not laid an egg and should have, I'd also give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily for 5 days to see if she's able to expel an egg or other material.

Just pull down on her wattles to open the beak, pop the tablet into the beak, let go of the wattles and let her swallow.

Check her crop in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink to make sure it's emptying.
