hows there production with eggs ?

Are the eggs better to cook with or to eat.I sell eggs but I eat my share.Been looking at marans and as soon as my bator is empty in 20 days I want some.Do you think you will still have some later on?

I have 6 of these in my bator right now about half way through the incubation. I am SO SO SO anxious. The eggs are a really good size and absolutely gorgeous color!
