As long as they get along and don't over-breed the hens, keep them all. You could lose one to a predator or some other way, so then you'll have backups.

I updated this for those who want to look at the pictures and see what the gender actually is. The older one, Harvey crowed and now the middle one, Stanley crowed. We wait for the little one now....
I couldn't be happier. I want a cochin rooster and if all three are roos, I will be delighted though it would be nice to have one female golden laced cochin from a breeder as these are. I have a female gl cochin, Lacy but she is a hatchery chick now 4 and a half years old.
