Golden Laced Wyandotte no tail?

Indeed. But the chances are much higher. You get people who grab chicks of all feathering rates and have never ended up with a cockerel. I just really don't think you have given enough data for your method to even have a chance of being considered reliable.
This post is not about my thoughts or reliability. You are entitled to help the OP. Thank you.i never debate anyone else's input.

I see. My opinion is a myth. It is my opinion and I stand by it. Your opinion matters too. I will never debate it. I don't know why you felt the need to.
Please don’t play victim. Something either works or it doesn’t. ;)
Just like you can’t sex 2 week old chicks by the color of their beaks, you will have a hard time sexing them by the length of their stubby tails. It’s just logic.
However, at an older age many Wyandotte cockerels CAN be less feathered than the females. But it’s definitely not a reliable thing.
No need for an argument. Opinions can be had, but don’t get all fussy when people correct the information given. :)
