@MysteryChicken, I believe Delaware mixes are sex linked? I may be wrong. But I remember you said something about that.
I don’t have any delaware roosters do the mom was a delaware (for the white one). Looks like the Delaware has muffs which means the Cochin x EE roo is likely the father.
 
So it is stuck to the chick's wing but not to anything else? If you think you can just pick it off, that is probably fine. But f it does not interfere with the chick's movement, I would probably just leave it alone. The chick might pick it off in the next few days, or it might fall off, or it might stay until the feathers grow and the down falls out. Any of those is fine.
It looks like it’s coming out of the vent and it wrapped around and got stuck on the wing. Should I pull it out of the vent or leave it alone?

Yes, Silver hen X Gold roo = Silver/gold split, or Silver males, & Gold females.

What color is the rooster that fathered the Delaware cross?

And males with headspots, & females without headspots.
