Good chicken coop?

Hey everyone. Do yall know if this is a good chicken coop? Advantek Terrace Poultry Hutch. It's 4 feet tall, 115 inches wide, and 28 inches deep.
My dad built me a chicken coop, but it is falling apart. I would like to buy a sturdy and stable coop that's not too expensive. I have 4 hens.

welcome to BYC cant really tell if it is good or not but most prefab coops are made with soft wood that doesnt hold up well . if you can go to a tractor supply or somewhere in your area you will see how they are made. check our our coop design section here. you may find one you will want to build yourself. good luck
