This morning I was awoken by the doorbell at 8am (I'm on summer holidays) only to find that it was the man from ParcelForce who still hasn't grasped the concept that 3 ******* Close is not the same as 3 ******* Cross Road, even if ******* Close is almost impossible to find - we are always getting parcels for them . . . last time it was 6 boxes of organic baby wipes left on our porch

. Our local posties are great, but this one seemed to be laughing at the fact that it was fairly obvious I had just leapt out of bed and thrown on my dressing gown before opening the door to him! Cheeky sod. I sent him on his way with directions.

Good Mornin' All! It is gonna be a hot one today=99 degrees.
I got a good nights sleep last night and now I can go out and help my chickies through the hot day that it is turning out to be.

Good Morning All.......yesterday it did not rain, and the weather forecast for the rest of the week is DRY!!!!!!!!!!!! yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....oh and we have a another mole on the lawn who despite all our efforts is avoiding capture...the lawn is getting destroyed by the "varmit" mole hills are huge.....is he/she digging a new Channel Tunnel from my place!)...but as the sun is going to shine (weatherman promised!) I will not for today at least worry about it. Happy Happy Day!
