Goopy, blackened eye area on Ameracauna hen--should I be worried?

I just noticed yesterday one of Bunny's eyes is looking black and goopy around the front rim of her left eye. She doesn't seem to be affected by this. She is eating, laying eggs, scratching and generally acting normal. None of my other 4 chickens have a similar problem. She is about one year old. Could this just be an irritation that will clear up?

Looks like something I'd put Terramycin eye ointment on, just to nip any infection in the bud. Should be able to get some at your local feed store - it's about $20 for a tiny tube.
