Had to upload it to youtube first. Hope it works, it's short but sweet!

Of course it's reacting to you. You're saying "here I am, where are you?" And he's saying "oh my God I'm right here!"
How incredibly sweet. You are helping to encourage him to come out, what a good mommy! Mother fowl do this with their babies too :love

Aw thank you. I hope I'm a good mummy. I've never had geese before!
I have just found a 'pip' at the back of the egg. He's trying to sneak out. Lol

My little chatty goose arrived at 6.30am (GMT) sadly the other didn't make it.
I'm so sorry do you have any idea what happened? Your lil one is going to be awfully lonely a non breakable mirror and a stuffed animal will help, but finding another gosling would be best.
Congrats on lil chatty.

Thanks for the advice. "Moose" has a teddy and I am asking around locally. I'm really not sure what happened. They weren't great eggs to start with but they were expensive so I wasn't going to waste them. I did start with 4 but two of them weren't even fertilised.
It was moving around when I candled it right before lock down and had even pipped. Moose gave it a good kicking around so it could have been that.
