Yep. I know your part will be good, just hoping she will look in there and think Okay this is it time to sit.I'm pretty excited for you to get them! Fingers crossed, I've not had any problems shipping eggs so far. Getting Missy to go broody and sit on them is a whole different ballgame.![]()
One more week before the embden babies hatch out!!!!!!!!! I am SOOO excited!!! Maybe all six will hatch!!!!
I've got mine in a incubator.
Alright one of my girls has laid 5 eggs. The first is in the nest to keep her laying there. We ate the second and third. I have fourth and fifth ready to hatch. The 2 we ate were fertile. I read that the first few eggs a goose lays don't hatch well. Are eggs from the fourth on good to hatch? Or do I need to wait longer?
they get here with out any problems and that Missy gets interested in sitting on them. She laid # 10 this morning.![]()

Such exciting news! Have you left all 10 eggs with her? She should go broody soon if she has 10. Is that muscovy still broody? Could you pop a couple under her?they get here with out any problems and that Missy gets interested in sitting on them. She laid # 10 this morning.![]()
