If my temp is 100 and humidity is 65 and that is what it is supposed to be along with turning until 3 days prior to hatch then what do I do when someone told me that the eggs could hatch between 28 and 33 days? This is a five day differnece, and I don't want to stop too early or risk them drowning by stopping too late. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks

28 days is the normal for geese eggs if your temperature has been consistent, variant temp causes late arrivals. Don't throw them away yet; when they start turning dark and slosh its time to give up. Good luck; try candling.
