Hey all! We've got a few Toulouse mix goose eggs in the incubator right now, we have an extra thermometer in so we're sure the temperature is correct, but it's day 26 and, because the kiddos wanted to candle one last time, we saw that every egg is internally pipped already!

Is this normal? Should I only be concerned if they were to externally pip this early on? Thank you in advance!

Yep, they sure do take their time, so I wouldn't be surprised at all if they aren't hatched until day 28 :)
Oh, thank you for the response! But my concern was that the eggs were hatching too early, not too late. It's been a day or two now and they're coming along great, so I'm not so worried anymore! Thank you again!

Yes I know, I was just trying to reassure you that they would likely not be out for a couple days, so they wouldn't really be early :) Glad to hear they are coming along well!

Oohhh I understand now--I misread your earlier reply! Whoops! 😄 and thank you!
