goose neck injury URGENT

My one month old african gosling jumped off the porch between the porch bars (she’s a bit wild). Since then, she’s been holding her neck weirdly, shaking her head, and vomiting profusely. She was drinking water but I took it away since she’d shake her head and vomit it all back up immediately. PLEASE HELP. what do i do??????
note: we don’t have any vets that specialize in birds around here.

Not sure if you can do anything but wait and see if it improves after a few days. So sorry.
