Gordan Ramsey

When are his shows again? I always seem to miss them!

Great chef and entertaining on TV, but preaching about family values when you're cheating on your wife, or selling pre-prepared food in your restaurant after ranting about fresh ingredients doesn't endear him to me as a person.

I don't mind foul language in the least, so I'm free to find him hilarious. I have mastered risotto because of him. Yummy.

Of course, I may just like him because he looks a lot like my dog . . . or at least I think so. My dog was named for Geoffrey Chaucer, but I've found myself calling him Jeff Ramsey a lot lately.

You cannot judge Chef Ramsay's character if you only watch Hellz Kitchen.

(Which is my favorite show.)

Watch a couple seasons of The F Word, and see what a caring, loving parent and man he is. He truly believes in getting the best out of everyone and everything. When his family raised pigs, he cried when they were slaughtered.

How many people now days teach their kids about where their food REALLY comes from? (Outside of BYC of course!)

People judge him on his character in Hellz Kitchen, but do you watch the parts where Chefs are getting rewards? He's down to earth, friendly, always full of laughter. He compliments when it is deserved.

There's no doubting he is one of the top Chefs in the world, and there sure must be a reason for it.

He is one of my heros.

i like all his shows, well, except for this season of Hells Kitchen. There just seems to be so much yelling. i don't care if anyone swears, it's the angry yelling that is so distressing. i'm sure it's all done for ratings. But honestly, i may stop watching this particular show.

Also, why is it ALL of the prospective chefs smoke like a chimney? Not to be judgmental about smoking. But if your livelihood is your sense of taste, how can chain-smoking be doing it any good?

(i apologize in advance to any smokers here.)
