Ramsey had a few choice words about chefs not having a specialize palates they need to have to taste their foods before going out to customers. I dont remember seeing him ever smoke.

We watch Hell's Kitchen every week. If these guys/gals can't take the heat in the kitchen then how are they expected to run their own restaurant in Vegas. He wants the best of the best...and of course entertainment for ratings!

And to the person who asked about chain smoking, when it comes down to the end, it always seems like MOST of the smokers have been cut, though last season's winner was a smoker.

He doesn't care if you smoke, as long as you still have an impecable sense of taste. I love watching them do the blindfolded taste tests and getting simple things wrong, it makes me laugh.

Sometimes his quotes are funny and others are not!

I am sure his favorite word starts with an f.

I remember seeing last week, a chef outtalked him and Ramsey told this mouthy chef to get out! I am very certain he can not tolerate a chef that would talk over him, underdetermining his authority and very cocky acting. Glad he got walked out.

I'm glad that chef walked out, because he was really wanting to fight Ramsey! And to think, all Gordon wanted him to do was say two names! That guy just made himself look like a Donkey's Backside, but I respect Gordon a lot for not stooping to his level and kinda keeping his cool while the guy was all in his face. I'm not sure I would have if that guy was talking to me like that.

If that chef's employer or any future employer sees that, that chef would not have a job! No one want to get "in your face" attitude. Glad he was gone, too!
