Goslings Brooding Ducklings?

Is this normal? My goslings seem to be brooding my ducklings. This is a video if them settling in for the night.

They're not brooding the ducklings so much as cuddling together. My ducklings were raised outside without a heat lamp, and they did this thing were they'd pile together. In fact, the main reason heat lamps are used in late spring and summer weather is to keep little ducklings from getting squished when the big ones pile on top. When a heat lamp is provided, they don't have to pile up, thus preventing injury.
