I think I'll call her (moaning) Myrtle!

Haha, "Moose and Myrtle" still sounds good. I hope you get the 2 hatch, at least then they´ll have each other. A 3rd would be a bonus! I forgot, are these a specific breed?

I have a couple of eggs that have moving air cells. So I should toss them, then?

Noooooooooo....

Most people might say yeah, but I don't. I say it depends on how easily it moves. The one that is sloshy probably moves easily and everywhere, and the combination means it's probably a bad egg. So if that air cell moves, then yeah, toss it.

The others... see how well or how easily they move, and/or wait for development. A "scrambled" egg will have an air cell that moves very easily, all over the egg (even the small end), and glides along the inside of the shell quickly. It might also look like it has other "stuff" or "bubbles" moving just as easily inside of the liquid part of the shell. But a normal detached air cell will only move a little bit away from the large end of the egg, and tends to move slower. If it's a normal detached air cell, there's a very good chance it could still develop (and if yours are showing signs of development, leave them alone) and could also hatch. I just had three sebastopol eggs hatch and all three had detached air cells. So a simple detached air cell doesn't mean it's bad. But a "sloshy" egg with an air pocket that moves means it is probably scrambled.
