No its actually part of the stream leading to a big river
I extended it and made it 3 feet deep and ive 3 of these and the good thing is the water is always fresh

I try to do that. We have springs here on our place, so we´ve made little channels through the marsh to the slightly larger stream. We do widen them and get them deeper, but the mud slowly comes back in again. Like yours, though, the water is always clean.
