Since you're geese are mixed the males and females. could be lavender not just the males and:-D

I should have. I apologise again. It wasnt until I got a response and went back to re-read my post did I realize it wasnt very clear.

If that picture is of Ethel, then Ethel is Not a muscovey. Thats a half grown gosling.
In a way I am glad for the misunderstanding because the way this post is worded is so cute! It had me giggling all day. My son and I really got a kick out of calling Forest "a half grown gosling". I am still not very comfortable with forums and threads.

We all know that it happens. I thought it was funny.
I have baby goslings....pics will be on here soon when I get to take them. Mum is being very secretive, but I can hear them, and she´s all fidgety.

While you guys are waiting for pictures of livin's goslings I will put mine that I held back up here. I held back five goslings. I grey smooth breasted gander, 1 dilute grey gander, 1 old hatch grey saddleback curly goose and her two sister from a later hatch 1 grey saddleback curly good and a grey curly goose. Just a little over maybe 3 and a half to 4 months old.
Hope you enjoy seeing my babies growing up.

They´re great! You can see why they´re also called the pantomime goose!
 
Ok, so far I know there are 6 hatched out of 7 eggs. If the goose is auto-sexing, that means I have one male and 4 females so far. I haven´t seen no.6 clearly yet.
You can see the one that should be the little male here with the orangey bill.
