Moose is getting seriously big! He's outgrowing my big brooder! He eats like a small horse! 2 1/2 lettuce, an hour chomping outside and a bowl of crumb! Phew!
I am sadly down to 1 egg out of 4. sigh!!
BUT there is a sale next Saturday at my local market so if I can't get goslings I should be at least be able to get eggs. Fingers crossed!

My goodness that is a Moose, lol what a beautiful gosling Moose has become. Sorry about the eggs hope this last one hatches, and that you can find more goslings or eggs. You know how kids are you can't fill them up.

Mine only have names because these eggs are going through hell. I still don't think they'll make it. But IF they do, those will be the names only because they will be very fitting!

I sure hope so. On the eggs one is from Gloria I know her eggs because they are always sandy feeling, 2 from Samantha I believe unless my other girls snuck in and laid some. 3 from my pen with the buffs, saddleback girls and white female. There were none in there the day before and three this morning. I caught my Buff female in there so I know one is her egg.... Oh and one laid in the field I call it the field egg.

I will keep collecting eggs until my incubator is full up. Then I have another one I will start up and fill...

Can not do it now because my husband is working on putting new faucets in my double sinks and the man who built this house did everything half butt!!! This house was only 2 years old when we purchased it and he had put a lot of old things in it being a brand new built house!!! So we have had to replace so many things as well he did not do the best job on things by not finishing them up....

I hate the faucets in my bathroom. That is why my husband is replacing them because he does not like them either...... So no room with everything taken out of the cabinets and stuffed all over on the floor...

I am going to put the other second incubator on the floor on a different outlet so I do not have the fuse box going off.... The guy also wired this house up crazy. For what we paid for this home everything should have been done correctly!!!!

Yes, I am serv. I will get as many eggs as I feel I can hatch and take care of then will let the girls lay what they want and maybe let them hatch their own. Samantha and Gloria do a great job at hatching goslings. Not sure with the rest of my girls..?? Mine will be Sebastopol's...

I incubate my eggs at my mothers house. Nothing will hatch or develope at my house for some unknown reason. Since my mom is battling cancer i am at her house 90% of the time any way so thats another reason i incubate there, plus she likes seeing the babies hatch.
