Goslings are terrors aren´t they? Glad it´s all fixed. Just needed to strengthen up, then. good.Livin the drooping wing was first taped but the loved chewing on it and managed to break free everytime (smart goslings) no matter how hard i made it for the 2 but eventually the wing was holded up more everyday and is now perfect so they did it themselves![]()
I can´t wait for the feathers, to see what they are........ exciting!Livin that looks like a lavender too! And it is a waiting game till the feathers emerge! You must hope for lavender coloured feathers when they first emerge above the wing and their leg area. But we all now know that lavender goslings from pure breed parents or mixes are always male.
I never seen a lavender female :*
If these really do turn out to be lavenders I´ll be wanting to keep the three of them!Me with goslings: 1st wait for eggs 2nd wait for babies 3rd wait for first feathers to show 4th wait till fully feathered 5th see what they will look like when they are a year old (that is me with babies) I am impatient with crosses since i want to know sex colour etc.)
The pied colouring just shows in the down at the moment. I may get to take a better pic, and if I do I´ll post it.Don't see pied markings at that angle they both look same to me
