Goslings of 2014 Hatch-a-long

Not sure about her eyes, could be a reaction to the bug spray, being born and partly raised in Fl. I remember those mosquitos awful to try and do anything outside. You could get some Veterycin spray and gently spray her eyes it's very safe to use.
I think it was a reaction to the bug spray. I am going to stand further away. I was about 10 feet and she may have been down wind.

I have a really funny question i caught my chinese geese legit flying when I called for them bc i had a treat for them and i heard them looked over my male was a 2 to 3 feet off the ground and the female about 10 feet off the ground but hey just came out of a molt about 2 weeks ago so there feathers are about half the size of normal im so confused unless there a croos with Canadian but the guy i got them from he didn't raise them so is this normal or what?
My muscovies can take flight even though I cut their wings. I had to start cutting both wings so all the flight feathers are about 2 inches just so they wont fly over our fence. (we live in a city neighborhood)

The two-week-olds out of the pen with mum and 'dad' (adoptive) for the first time. As you can see, the goose was having a wonderful time in the water, and frightened her babies! They all came scampering back up the hill, which made the gander feel super important.

@servpolice , here´s the one you think may be a lavender. The yellow down is slightly brighter than his bro. His bill is almost all orange, just has the slightest shading on it.

Oh livininbrazil, those are some devilously cute babies you've got there !!! Enjoy them while they're young because, as you know, they grow up all too fast !!!

There´s one due to hatch very soon, then there are are four more sitting geese with just two eggs each, another with three I think (Ikeep them low unless I specifically want to see what they´ll produce), and some of those are first-year geese gone broody, so may well produce nothing anyway, especially one nest that had a happy little first-year Pilgrim with two eggs, then another year-old came along and wanted the nest too, so there´s a mess of eggs going on in there, being broken, getting cold, etc, and another older one that I´m expecting to start sitting any day, so a little dribble of goslings should come from the 3 older geese at least..... mmmm

Chinese can fly but not high and only for a few seconds because pure chinese geese should be skinny light and wings should be small tiny infact AfricanxChinese geese can fly a bit more then pure chinese but not by much and usually only females are the ones that fly a bit off ground :/
