Hi Everyone! I have geese for the first time and I have four goslings and was wondering if they could be let out into my yard to graze. I have chickens and ducks that are free all day and they go back to their pens when it is dark. I was wondering if the geese will be the same way? Thanks in advance!

Mine free range in the day but i dont free range my babies until there old enough.
Everyone here is let out in the morning. Youngest goslings 2-4 weeks have hoop houses on the grass. Anyone 4 weeks + get put in the play yard with shade cloth areas and two underbed storage boxes for pools.
All the adults free range, so etimes the geese will goto bed on their own, most night they need herded back to their stalls. We have multiple breeding groups though so its easy to walk each group to their night time place.
