Got a laptop.. *mini-rant*

I would take it back too. Gotta have perfect unless I paid a discount for a floor model.

Total let down.Had it happen with dd's defective nintendo DS one holiday.What a hassle. The store would not exchange. I had to mail it to nintendo.They didn't fix the problem.I waited a year for the store warranty to kick in and THEN I exchanged it...a year later.

I love stores that exchange with a reciept-no hassle no questions.
