got a xcellent global mini incubator for Christmas. first incubator

ok took water out of the water well and wiped they condesation down im on day 3 i do have a hydrometer but battery already died

Im on day 5 I have air sacks and could see a tiny dot but nothing more yet im waiting for day 7 to candle again

could my humidity to high be why ive tried it twice and got couple eggs with blood in it and one with pea sized chick and nothing more? or no

Usually humidity issues cause problems nearer the end of incubation, day 14 and on for chickens. But if the humidity is so high that the eggs are wet, then indeed that can be a causative factor.
