We went to the co-op this morning to buy a couple bags of chicken feed and some scratch.

I give the man on the loading dock my ticket, he goes and gets the feed, brings it out and loads it into the jeep.
Then he turned to me and asked "Do you have chickens?"

Straight faced as I could I said, "Nope, just some cats."

Proof positive that some people are a waste of perfectly good oxygen!

And of yeah, the back of on my jeep has chicken decals all over it.

That reminds me of the thing I have read about the lady buying cat food at the store and the guy behind her asks if she has cats and she says "No, I use the Purina diet - lost 40 lbs before I wound up in the hospital for kidney failure, but this time I will stop at 30 lbs"

Well as a Man LOL I can understand where the guy is coming from, we men pretend sometimes that we have no clue, just to start a convorsation, especially when we are bord or trying to pass the time
