I'm a little hesitant to show my birds. I'm still very wobbly at this and things don't usually come out looking that pretty. This was my first time with geese; They're surprisingly easy pluckers. The feet are in a pot right now making broth. We're big risotto fans in this house, and that takes tons of broth.
