Got my chicks from McMurray today - even through a snow storm!!

Got my 25 ornamental layers and 25 brown egg layers today.

It's so cold for this part of Georgia!!! I only had one DOA and one other little runt that I don't think will make it.

There are Polish, cochins, and one Turken - naked neck!

Way to go Blondie! Hearing that you only lost 2 makes me happy because i just ordered my chicks from McMurray on saturday and they should come on March 16th

I'm also ordering some Cochins (partridge ones for me) what color did you order? Also could you post some pics of the cochins?

I recieved my order of 50 SLW last night. All survived including the 3 extras they included. MM sealed the box up pretty good against the cold. In fact when I picked them up at the airport postal center the box was warm to the touch just from their body heat. Very happy so far. Only one of them had pasty butt.
