Got my peeps! (and now I have questions) PICS!

I lost one of the little salmon faverolles and DH says he doesn't think the other one is far behind.

So, now my question is...McMurray will replace or refund for the chicks lost? I lost 2 of my BLRW, 2 SF's and one RSL. I would love to replace the SF's & BLRW's but they would have to ship another 25 (don't tempt me!) chicks for me to get those few, right?

If so, I guess I won't have any Salmon Faverolles. Keep your fingers crossed for my last little cutie pie! Maybe she'll make it.

I am sorry about your little ones. I am going through the exact same thing right now. We got our chicks yesterday morning and slowly lost 8 of them. This morning two are doing very poorly and I can't get them to eat or drink either. I called MM this afternoon and they said I could get the 10 that died shipped out, but they would send roos to fill the box. I really wanted the breeds that died, but I surely don't need 15 roos! So they credited my card for ten birds. She asked if any others looked sick, but they all look great. All but one of my Japanese died and my Brahmas too. Very sad. Hang in there and call MM.

Sorry about your babies too. It is sad. The ones I lost were the ones that I wanted the most too, which is why I ordered from MM in the first place. But...I still have three BLRW's and a bunch of other girls, so I'll just count my lucky stars. (hmmm...maybe they need to be named after constellations!

Good plan. I told my kids they all had to have tough names for surviving. So now my kids are trying to come up with "tough" chicken names.
