Got the brooder built, Now What ?!

I now have 5 chicks:
1-Barred Plymouth Rock
2-Buff Orbingtons
1-Black Astrolop
1-Delaware

Their all 1 week old and doing dandy in the brooder in my sons room, it's toasty warm in there I asked my son if he wanted me to move them to the garage and he insisted I leave them where they are, guess he's hooked. I'm buzzing around the backyard this weekend getting the foundation laid and coop built, I'm about half way there which I figure is pretty good since I have 5 weeks or so to go,

Does anyone recommend one watering system over another, I ran a 1/2" copper line over to the coop. I see I need to reduce the House pressure to 5 PSI so I'm assuming I need a special pressure regulator for that and should I use the water nipples or the orange cup type nipples, and should I run the water into the coop and also in their run area ??? Thanks for any help !!!

Update: 03/24 chicks are now two weeks old and growing like weeds, my coop just needs the final touches ie.. Run door, coop roof and feed and water set ups.
