I had cleaned my pumpkins on Wednesday night, rinsed the seeds and left to drain in colanders over night. Thanksgiving, they were in the way so they went on paper towels on plastic paper plate holders (with slots under them) But they were more than one layer thick, so the bottom ones were not drying as fast. But to have sprouts after 3 days!!! yikes.!!

Radish!! My radish went crazy they were huge, not woody or anything and tastes really good. That was a pastel mix it is lavander.

I'm drying the Golden Nugget squash and a nice butternut squash seeds.

Here's the golden nugget...it's like an acorn squash in texture. The ruler gives an idea of the size...about the size of a softball.
