GQF 1550 Hatcher- Need help and Advice

I used my GQF 1550 hatcher all last year and actually only shut it down for a couple months over the winter to give it a good clean out and deep scrubbing. Had ZERO issues with it, That is until now! After the last several hatches I've noticed that when I'm remove the big hatching box at the bottom of the unit, the whole bottom of the unit is extremely wet and I've noticed some fluid leakage underneath the unit that has leaked out the back seam. Humidity is typically running and staying in the 65-72 degree range during hatches.
Any idea what I'm possibly doing wrong or what might be causing this?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Is it a newer model? Maybe the manufacturer can help if no one here knows the answer.
I just got a GQF 1202E and my first hatch in it will be the end of this week. This is my first cabinet incubator but I've been hatching poultry for years in other types of incubators.
