Sorry for ranting but I have called GQF manufacturing twice this week. Once because I wanted to order some new plugs for my sportsman and second because I placed an order last week and they redid the website so everyone had to make a new account and my order information was gone. I had not received an email saying my order was processed or shipped.

The lady "Mary" answers and is very rude, I attempt to tell her the situation and she cuts me off and says "the only thing I can do is try to look it up" in which I reply that's fine and thanks. So she asks me to spell my name and I proceed and again she cuts me off and says spell your last name... I was halfway in the middle of spelling it when she stopped me.

She finds my order and says "it shipped today and should be there by Thursday" I said well thank you very much, she said "yeah, sure" then hangs up!

I'm sorry but this is not acceptable customer service, from now on I will take my business to different websites for incubator supplies.

Thanks for listening, I'm not one to rant but twice in one week is ridiculous.
 
I don't blame you for ranting. Calling my pharmacy for refills, the girl that answered put me on hold. Then the call was cut off. Second time it happened again. Third time before she could put me on hold I spoke out "This is the THIRD time I've talked to you, you keep cutting me off." Well duh, she woke up and actually got my prescriptions taken care of.
