Grains pass right though

I have a 3+ year old that scratch grains passes right though her, what would cause this? She was de-wormed a few months ago. She won't eat layer feed, what would cause this?

Does she have access to some gravel? Chickens normally pick up and eat very small stones. This helps them digest their food. (Otherwise, the food goes through their system like you describe, and they can actually starve.)

Yes, they all have access to gravel, weather she eats any is not clear.
