There are still some very slight differences between male and female vent anatomy right after hatching, but you really have to know what to look for. Takes a lot of training. Penis on a duck hatchling isn't visible either... they still have to be vent sexed. Too bad there are no wee willies winking on them... would save us all a ton of trouble.

but they still HAVE one. Vets on FB saying they dont is just messed up. How could they produce sperm if they didnt ? Its inside, its tiny, it dont matter and your right, somehow they find a way to use it. LOL

Penis does not ever produce sperm, just delivers sperm (and other things) by extending OUTSIDE of the male body. If it stays inside, technically NOT a penis.

Cleaned the fridge and freezer out upstairs. Can chickens have raw hamburger meat? It’s freezer burnt and I’ll toss it if not.

I feed freezer burn raw meat to my dogs but if I had no dogs I would feed it to the chickens.

Is there a lawyer working with her, or just public defender? I wonder if some statement could be entered into the record to this effect... that she has a serious (or life threatening) health problem. That way, if something does happen, she gets sick in jail, you can threaten to sue them if they don't get help for her.

I am hoping it doesn't come to that. I am having trouble believing that they gave the children back only to toss her in jail and disrupt the kids' lives again. Crazy. It doesn't make any sense.
