I need a new van. I think my tranny is starting to slip. It has already been replaced once. Honda did a crappy job on the tranny s in the odyssey

Yesterday frozen pipes in the guest laundry, as some how the back door managed to get blown open. This door opens into my backyard so I have no idea how or what. Then a hot water heater wasn't working and looks to be on its last leg BUT it did fire up for the night anyway. Thank God I have an new hot water heater in the garage so ALL I need is help to move the new one down as I should be able to hook it up and such. I will just leave the old one down there until it warms up. Twas very "raw" outside with wind chills way below zero.
