I have been collecting eggs to incubate. I have one tolbundt laying everyday and an EE with a beautiful blue egg.
My Swedish flower and my Swedish blue, but their rooster is kinda of an ahole. First overly protective roo I have had.

I would like some more dr suess birdsthen the gold laced orps with a jubilee over them. I did end up with a lovely lavender orp and I have a lavender roo. But they are not together so I guess I will just hatch her eggs. Wonder what lave with a choc roo over her would be? I do have a barred holland roo out there I need to throw back to the roo pen.
My friend has silkies so she wants me to hatch out her eggs with mine.

its sort of a mix of "baked clay and rock" up here from the "underground burning coal veins" crumbles/dustifies sort of easy BUT cheap so the county uses it. Also tends to have very sharp edges and can slice/cut feet and hooves and tires until worn down a bit
