Well good for you.  Taught the dr something new today...  overweight people CAN have Crohn's.    Not sure why it takes threats to get care for someone.  Just like my mom with grandma when the er said they didn't need to xray the top 3 vertebrae, you know, one of the ones that had a fracture all the way through it!! 


And did I really brag on my surly teenager last week, saying he had matured lately?  Major regression today.    Late again signing up for next semester classes, so very little choice in scheduling.  He didn't even know what classes to take!  Doesn't want to go to school, wants to work full time at min wage instead.  That was not the deal.  That is playing while dad works to pay for all his living expenses that he cannot afford on his min wage job...  expenses that are considerable in CA.  Finally, tonight at 10:30, he starts the process to sign up, but has no clue what or how.     We finally finished at 12:30...  tonight.  He has to be up by 7 in the morning to get to work.  He doesn't know what he wants to do, only what he doesn't want. :/   I told him to come up with a feasible plan for what he wants to do, and until then, dad and I will make the decisions for him, and tough luck.

Had to get the kids ready for school. I prefer to get up early for laundry, instead of staying up late.

We had a really nice siblings and spouses dinner tonight with my husband's family. Not everyone showed, so there was only 14 of us (including his parents and a couple that's spending the winter with my SIL. It was nice. My SIL's are all jealous of my lack of morning sickness lol Apparently severe morning sickness runs in the family. And of course, my pregnancy was center of a lot of talk and so was our new house. It's been years since they've had so much family stuff to talk about.

Sounds like fun!

Nice. Mine will be 4 in march so it is getting better. Wait a minute. I am wrong, she is only two. She will be three in march.
